Constantina joined A.G. Erotocritou LLC’s dispute resolution team in 2025 as a Senior Associate. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2018 having passed the bar examination with distinction (“Excellence”).
Constantina has extensive experience handling multi-jurisdictional and complex civil law disputes, particularly those involving cross-border and private international law issues, shareholder disputes, and interim procedures and relief.
Her practice also covers administrative law, including recourse proceedings and related interim measures before the Administrative Court. Additionally, she handles intellectual property law cases, with a focus on litigation and hearings before the Registrar of Intellectual Property concerning trademark matters.
Constantina regularly provides advice to clients on a wide range of civil, administrative, and intellectual property law matters.
