Constantina joined A. G. Erotocritou LLC’s dispute resolution team in 2025 as a Senior Associate, bringing with her over six years of experience at a leading law firm. She has extensive experience in handling complex civil law disputes, particularly those involving cross-border and private international law issues. Her work includes fraud, shareholder disputes, interim relief procedures, and international enforcement matters.
Constantina also has experience in maritime and marine insurance law, representing clients in cases, including arrest proceedings, before Admiralty Court.
In addition, Constantina handles administrative law cases, including recourse proceedings and related interim measures before Administrative Courts.
She also works on intellectual property law cases, focusing on trademark-related litigation and procedures before the Registrar of Intellectual Property and the European Intellectual Property Office.
Constantina regularly provides legal advice across a range of civil, maritime, and intellectual property law matters.
