Double Taxation Agreement - Cyprus & Ethiopia

Cyprus and the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia have signed a double taxation agreement (DTA) on 30 December 2015. The DTA is based on the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development Model Agreement. Amongst others, the said agreement limits withholding tax on dividends/interest/royalties paid by a resident of one state to a resident of the other to no more than 5%.
