Jo-Anne joined our firm in August 2025 as a Trainee Lawyer in the Dispute Resolution, and Corporate & Commercial departments.
Jo-Anne obtained her LLB in Law from the University of Bristol, where her studies focused on commercial and corporate law units. Her research project explored the modern use of corporate legal structures, exploring whether they fulfil their original purpose or risk being misused.
Prior to joining the firm, Jo-Anne gained practical experience through internships at various law firms, working in property and banking law departments, as well as at an international corporate advisory boutique where she deepened her understanding of corporate restructuring and general corporate advisory work.
