A.G. Erotocritou LLC is looking to recruit a Lawyer with excellent and demonstrable legal knowledge to join our Real Estate & Immigration Department in Limassol.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team and clients, assisting them in achieving their business and personal objectives through the efficient delivery of high-quality, practical and tailored legal advice and representation.

The role will involve case handling and day-to-day management of client matters, with exposure to a broad range of real estate, immigration and related legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and managing client matters from inception to completion;
• Providing accurate, practical and tailored legal advice;
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal documentation;
• Assisting with real estate transactions and immigration matters;
• Liaising with clients, authorities, counterparties and other professional advisers;
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm and contributing to the successful delivery of client objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Academic qualifications: Law degree.
• Professional qualification: Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
• PQE: 1–5 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm or as an in-house legal consultant;
• Experience: Experience in real estate and/or immigration matters will be considered an advantage;
• Languages: Fluency in both English and Greek;
• IT skills: Excellent computer literacy, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet-based legal research.
