Have you got a complaint against our firm?

We aim to provide the highest level of service to all of our clients. If, however, you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact in the first instance the lawyer who is handling your case or transaction. We have a complaints procedure which sets out in detail how your complaint will be dealt with. The complaints procedure is available upon request.
